Dubai, 21 October 2025: Dubai-based airline flydubai has announced seven new interline agreements with international carriers, expanding its global connectivity across Europe and Asia. The latest agreements bring the total number of flydubai’s interline partnerships to more than 40, enhancing access to over 300 destinations through combined networks. The new interline partners include Greece’s national carrier Aegean Airlines and Italy’s ITA Airways, both of which will provide flydubai passengers with access to more than 30 additional destinations across Europe. WASHINGTON, Oct. 19: A new investigation by Consumer Reports has found that several widely sold protein powders and shakes in the United States contain high levels of lead and other heavy metals, raising concerns over product safety and consumer health. The nonprofit organization tested 23 protein powder and ready-to-drink products between November 2024 and January 2025, covering dairy, beef, and plant-based varieties. BRUSSELS, October 18: Annual inflation in the euro area rose to 2.2 percent in September 2025, up from 2.0 percent in August, according to data released Friday by Eurostat. The increase marks the first acceleration in consumer price growth since April and pushes inflation slightly above the European Central Bank’s medium-term target of 2 percent. The largest contributor to the year-on-year inflation rate was the services sector, which added 1.49 percentage points to the overall figure.
